Our returns policy is designed to comply with Australian Consumer Law while providing fair and reasonable terms for our customers.
1. Eligibility for Returns Returns will be accepted in accordance with Australian Consumer Law under circumstances including, but not limited to: – The product is faulty or defective – The product was incorrectly described – The product is not suitable for its advertised purpose
2. Notification Period To initiate a return, you must notify Downunder Tarps within 14 days of receiving the product. Failure to notify us within this timeframe may result in the return being declined.
3. Return Shipping Costs All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the product.
4. Condition of Returned Items Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. Any products showing signs of use or damage may not be eligible for return.
5. Refund Process Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
6. Right to Decline Returns Downunder Tarps reserves the right to decline a return if it is determined that the return does not comply with Australian Consumer Rights or the conditions outlined in this policy.
7. Exceptions Custom-made or personalized items may not be eligible for return unless they are faulty or do not meet the specifications agreed upon at the time of purchase.

Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 80 Drake Blvd, Altona VIC 3018.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
